“Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”
– Joseph Pilates

Incorporates use of hands on techniques to the soft tissues in order to gain increased circulation, healing ability and to decrease overall pain levels. Done privately, one on one with the therapist.
Manual Therapy:
Specific activity tailored for each individual and their particular problem. Exercise is focused on maximum recovery through minimum pain. Typically focused first on improving motion through pain free activity in the area of injury. Exercise prescription is unique to physical therapy as it relates proper, restorative motion to an area of damage in the body.
Exercise Prescription:
Traction is used to decrease pressure and increase extensibility in the deep soft tissues (muscle, tendon, ligament), vertebral disks, aid in hydration, lessen stress to provide recovery from postural muscle and bony injury.
Traction:
Radio frequency used to target injured areas and provide increased circulation in order to enhance the healing process. Able to be adjusted for superficial and deep injury which warms tight, injured tissue allowing for greater ease of motion.
Ultrasound:
Ultrasound:
Electrical Stimulation: Broad based pain relief and specific muscle strengthening, or circulation designed for individual treatment needs.
Electrical Stimula
Use of medicinal grade anti-inflammatories through the skin using low-grade electricity or radio frequency to reduce inflammation and pain.
Ionto/Phonophoresis:
Combines cold and compression to aid recovery, decreased swelling and minimize soreness.
Vasoneumatic Treatment:
